Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program
The ROSS Program is designed to assist public housing residents make progress towards economic independence and stability or self-sufficiency. Individuals register to work with a Service Coordinator who evaluates the needs of each family then creates an individualized plan to connect the family to necessary services. Areas of focus include adult basic education/literacy classes, GED programs, job training skills, financial literacy, childcare services, and health care coordination.
