Resident Survey

Dear Resident:

We are looking for ways to improve services to our residents, and we would like your help. By giving our residents a means to voice their views and/or concerns, this survey will help us identify those areas that are in need of improvement.

Please take a minute to provide your feedback by answering the survey questions below

Was the ARHA front desk staff professional and helpful?
Did your Housing Specialist appointment occur on time (no more than a 15 minute wait)?
Was your Housing Specialist prepared and knowledgeable about the subject of your visit?
Did the Housing Specialist return your calls and/or emails within 24 business hours?
Was your Housing Specialist and/or Inspector helpful, polite and professional when talking to you (phone, email, in person)?
Did your Housing Specialist complete tasks, arrangements and/or transactions that you needed in a timely manner?
If you came to the office without a scheduled appointment, were you seen by an Asset Management staff member (Specialists, Supervisors, etc.)?
Was Asset Management staff (Specialists, Supervisors) helpful in answering questions & resolving issues about your housing, such as, rent, portability, changing units, leasing issues, and/or legal matters, etc.?
Rating the quality of our Asset Management services and staff, on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the best and 5 the worst, how would you rate us?
