A Notice to Residents on Rent Cafe

Please read the notice below regarding Rent Cafe and ongoing issues residents may have encountered.

A letter from ARHA Management: September 18, 2024    Dear Valued Resident,   As you may be aware, ARHA recently transitioned to a new software and online rent payment platform, RentCafe. It has come to our attention that discrepancies may have been encountered when reviewing rental ledgers and we want to assure you that we are working diligently to have these issues resolved.   Please accept our sincerest apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We understand how important it is for you to have accurate records, and we take full responsibility for any discrepancies that may appear on your ledger.   We anticipate having ledger issues resolved by the end of October 2024 with normal business resuming thereafter. During this time, please note that ARHA is not charging late fees as we work to rectify all discrepancies.
