ARHA has updated the ACOP & HCVP Administrative Plan to reflect new policies and procedures required by HUD’s Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).

ARHA will continue to update the website with HOTMA information and work sheets as we get closer to implementation of these new policies on January 1^st, 2027.

Q: What does this mean for ARHA Residents?

A: Residents may see changes to the following:

• Eligibility (if applying for other housing program)
• Income and Asset calculations
• Adjusted annual income calculations
• How Annual and Interim re-examinations are performed
