May 22, 2025 Dear Valued Resident, Please be informed that ARHA Maintenance will be inspecting apartments and grounds at your community Pendleton Park. When: WEEK OF Monday, 6/2/25 – Friday, 6/6/25 Time: Between 10:00am – 2:00pm Your presence is not required for this inspection. If you are not home, ARHA will proceed with the inspection. *Please secure any pets you may have if you will not be home* Minor Children must have an Adult present 18 years or older Please note, these inspections are mandatory, not optional!
