Dear Resident,

We are looking for ways to improve the service to our residents and with that purpose in mind, we would like your help and feedback by answering the few questions below.

This survey will help us to identify those areas of concern that need to be improved and an opportunity for our residents to voice concerns.

Please take a minute to answer these questions to the best of your knowledge.

Was the work completed as per your request?
Was the work completed in a timely manner?
Was the maintenance technician knowledgeable on the subject and the repairs?
Was the maintenance technician polite and respectful to you and/or your family members?
Was there anything work left unfinished by the maintenance technician?
If you are to rate the quality of the service, the people and the workmanship according to the above, in a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the best and 5 the worst, how would you rate us ?
