Parking Permit Registration: 2nd and Final Notice

Please see below for information on Parking Pass Registration:

Dear Valued Residents, ARHA is currently issuing NEW parking permits for all ARHA properties. The FINAL registration DEADLINE is FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025 @ 3:00PM. Towing will be strictly enforced Sunday, June 1, 2025 @ 12:00AM. You and your guests must use designated street parking if the new decal is not displayed. The following documents must be submitted with a signed parking permit application: 1. A copy of current vehicle registration for the vehicle on which the decal will be displayed 2. A copy of the driver’s license of the primary driver(s) of the vehicle Expired documents will not be accepted! Parking permits will not be issued for vehicles of those who claim to live in a dwelling unit, but whose name does not appear as a household member on the lease. Residents who live in a building with multiple units must include their apartment/unit number. You may obtain your parking permit by: 1. Requesting your permit in person at ARHA Headquarters, 401Wythe Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Walk-ins only Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Should you need assistance outside of these days, please call for an appointment 2. Temporary visitor permits may be requested for your guests 3.
