ARHA Residents:

Effective immediately, ARHA will be changing the parking decal for all ARHA properties. To receive a new Resident Parking Decal, you must register at the main office, located at 401 Wythe Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

You will need the following documentation/information to register for a new parking decal:

• Vehicle Registration 
• 2. Driver's license which matches your current ARHA address

To receive a Visitor's parking decal, the following information is required:

• Name of Visitor
• Color of vehicle, make, and model
• Vehicle plate number and state

Residents must inquire if second vehicle registration is available at your property. If you own a 2nd vehicle, you will not be entitled to a visitor's pass/decal.

ATTENTION: ALL VEHICLES MUST BE USING THE NEW ARHA PARKING DECAL NO LATER THAN APRIL 30TH 2019, OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED
