Re: ONLINE RENT PAYMENT

Dear Residents:

This notice provides information regarding new services that the Alexandria Redevelopment & Housing Authority has set up for your convenience. Attached with this notice is a flyer with information from RentTrack.com/ARHA. Please sign up to pay your rent through this service. You can also set up recurring payments and receive email confirmation that your rent payment had been received. This way, you can ensure that your rent will always be on time and you won’t incur any late fees.

We are also keeping the rent box at the main entrance of our office located at 401 Wythe St, Alexandria VA 22314. The receptionist will be available to let you enter through the first entrance door only from April 1^st through the 10^th during the following times: 10:30 am to 2:00 pm.

You may also go to the bank if the options above don’t work for you. Below you will see the updated information from Suntrust.
